Lautus Sauvignon Blanc Non-Alcoholic White Wine.

Lautus, Latin for pure, elegant, and sumptuous, creates non-alcoholic wines out of lush vineyards in South Africa. An involved, traditional winemaking process precedes dealcoholization, taking great care to ensure the wine is equally as complex and enjoyable as its alcoholic counterpart.

The Lautus Sauvignon Blanc is gently handpicked from Stellenbosch, the Coastal Region of South Africa. Careful winemaking practiced are followed to retain delicious flavour subtleties. The grapes are crushed lightly and settled in the tank, they undergo a 6 week lease and followed by gentle spinning cone technology to retain aromas, and to remove the alcohol. 

Showcasing a vibrant nose of pineapple, passionfruit, white peach and melons, the palate is complemented by tropical flavours and a refreshing acidity that linger on the finish. Enjoy the beauty of this non-alcoholic white wine in its purest and most natural state, without the restrictions of alcohol.

Pale yellow in the glass. A medium-body served with summer fruits, with slight citrus notes. Well balanced acidity.

Pairs beautifully with steamed mussels, white wine and garlic cream pasta.
